CRISPR Screening Platform
This academic platform proposes to perform CRISPR-based screens, enabling the comprehensive interrogation of the functional consequences of a genomic modification at the whole-genome scale, revealing how genomic alterations in coding or regulatory regions lead to phenotypic changes.
